EMF Performance and Recovery Centre Nerang

Visited EMF JUNIOR at Nerang today with our granddaughter. Great set-up for young kids. Ball pits, trampolines, jumping castles, slides and huge climbing mazes to keep them occupied and active for hours. Coffee shop on-site to keep the adults occupied also. Highly recommend.

Great for the kids. Fabulous. But non participating adults bring your own drinks. There is a Cafe but it closes at about 2pm. Even when the place is full they close.

Biggest and best gym. So many options and don't have to wait to use a machine. Plenty of space and love having the gold membership with access to everything.

Alright so, love the gym, been with emf for about two ...maybe 3 years now?! 2-5 times a week, plenty of equipment, plenty of room. Staff always smile and genuinely greet you when you come in... like, always.I wish I remembered names...because the girls are worth mentioning for this.Plenty of classes, plenty of options for men and women.Everything is new, and up to date.Floor could do with more fans though, honestly sometimes it can get bit hot in summerSauna and steamroom could get a bit more love, smells bit too often like feet...and some of us should get paid as cleaners for the wash downs we do.Cold pool and hot pool are the flagship of this gym, always look forward to that after a workout and never leave feeling less than 100%.....unless they're not working properly...which they seem to be managing.Some gym machines need to be looked at. As of this post, some have been slightly misaligned or out" and the occasional rubber that's been dragged half way off handles for couple months.Otherwise great crowd and atmosphere at this gym

Visited the kids EMF Junior Nerang" spot. Well laid out with plenty of room to run around and enough space on the equipment for adults to tag along with the toddlers. Don't recommend adults going down the green slide! It seemed like a good idea at the time!The bouncy castle and trampolines combined with the main equipment and ball pit left my son exhausted in a week where he had been stuck inside with the non stop rain.At $10 for the two hours he spent there it was a bargain! We will be back!"

Overall the facility itself is 5 stars.I'm assuming the staff shortage is hitting them because the closing hours are soo early.AC wasn't on today. Maybe they are having issues with it? I couldn't hit a super hard workout because I was so light headed from overheating. Fans were not avail in all the workout spaces so airflow wasn't always an option.Again don't let this change your mind about the gym. These are easy fixes I'm sure the team there will work out.

I'm attending this gym as part of my recovery after an accident injury. I found the staff very helpful and there's wheelchair access to the pool area (I'm on crutches).
