From the my first contact with Allen the sales rep through to my dealings with Evan I have found my experience with the Solar Electrician to be satisfying.There were issues with the installation of my system, however once they were made aware of them Evan and his team responded really well to remedy. I had the sense that Evan takes a personal pride in the happiness of his customers.From a paperwork perspective I found the admin staff were efficient and I liked that everything needed was given to us in a list minimising the number of submissions required.All in all I have fount TSE worth recommending.

Over promised under delivered. Once we signed up that was the end of the service, faulty system still not right and no one to sort it out. Don’t waste your time.

Over promised, under delivered service with no follow-up once things go wrong.Failed to ensure the install was to agreed configuration and signed contract, then 12 months on I'm still fighting with HP Energy to get a fully working system and no tangible assistance from Evan The Solar Electrician" to get meaningful outcome. The lack of customer service or follow-up once things go wrong

Our solar experience from sales with Alan, to installation and follow-up afterwards was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The installers were competent and courteous and very professional. We have since received our first electricity bill since installation & the reduction in our bill was incredible. I found Evan to be very knowledgeable and honest. Unlike the other sales people" I had quote me. He helped me with the rebate application and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Was promised a system I could pay off with savings. 2 Solar repayments and 3 Electricity bills before it was working properly. Was an issue with inverter for a month, raised it straight away. Inverter said meter was offline. They blamed electrical retailer as they manage the mains meter. However after a month of me chasing this up, they admitted the meter it was referring to was the solar meter" (part of the solar installation). Electrician came out
