Under Armour High Point
I went to Under Armour to exchange a pair of shoes and the male staff member at the registers (wearing a red top with crutches) was very rude. He spoke to me in an extremely degrading manner and would not let me explain my situation regarding the shoe exchange, so I had to leave the store without the exchange. Although Google says that their staff wear masks, he was not wearing a mask and made no attempt to hide the fact that he was chewing gum very loudly. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This was quite a disappointing experience considering the store is relatively new. I do not recommend receiving customer service from this male as he will belittle you. This will definitely be my last time I shop at Under Armour Highpoint.

The staff are so rude! In the store for a good 15 minutes, completely ignored us and were talking among themselves. Went to checkout, all I was told was 'card or cash', and that was that. Wouldn't shop there again.This is referring specifically to the Asian employee and a girl with long hair... No name tags visible.

My partner and I went to the Highpoint shops Saturday 11/6 around 4:50- 5:10pm. There were probably 6 customers in the store not including us.There were 4 team standing behind the counter and leaning and just talking. Ignoring customers and just talking amongst themselves about non work related stuff. All good to have a chat during work, so important to build and have that relationship within a team but the body language and care factor of these people who are meant to be in customer service was appalling.I was at the change room with my partner and then a customer was holding their own clothes (4 items) and he wasn't sure where to go and I directed him into the free change room. No one's came to check on us whilst we were in the change room and we didn’t end up purchasing.

Staff not very knowledgeable.No prices or anything, leaving to staff discrepancies, ie, was told a pair of shorts was $70 but at counter was charged $100.The product itself is certainly good.

Honestly had the best experience there… the manager I believe her name Was Tylah!! She was amazing and nothing but genuine when assisting me in store! She dropped was she was achieving at the time I approached the store and greeted me and helped me on the hunt for some new compression tops. Her energy and care for her customers was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!
