Core Pharmacy Tullamarine

Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour by Pharmacist by the name of Stephen today(17/08/2020). I went to return a faulty thermometer recently purchased. Long story short, he tried to tell me that I was using it wrong and demonstrated how to use it. He actually showed me the wrong way! When I pointed out the correct way in the instruction manual he became rude and took the money out of till and threw it at my feet!!!Eventually he picked it up and I informed him that l nor my family will ever go to his Core Pharmacy Tullamarine again.

Super friendly, knowledgable and professional team with a focus on providing the best health care advice. They will do anything to help!

I needed some documents attested pretty urgently. The staff helped out and it was a really great customer service. Have not experienced great service like this in a long time. Definitely, My new pharmacy of choice..

Always there to help been going there for years

Used this chemist for 50 years.Happy golden anniversary!Still as friendly today as was in 1973.Staff has changed but service is 100 percent perfect !

I visit the pharmacy when needed and the ladies and Pharmacist Robert are always very lovely could not fault them, but one particular day I attended wanting to have my COVID-19 vaccination and I was verbally abused by one of the pharmacist in front of five customers , I’m not sure what his name was it could be Stephen he’s the tall mature receding grey-haired man, he was yelling telling me that he’s very busy and he’s not going to beg me to have the vaccination, which is not why I went in. I attended wanting a little bit of advice on which one to have for it was my first jab, and I just wanted to ask his opinion, which he got very very rude and embarrassed me in front of everybody, stating again that he’s not here to beg me to have my vaccination.I just think in this pandemic that we’re all going through, I would think that a man of his so called profession, would be just that ‘ professional ‘

The staff here are amazing. Steve has been a huge help to me over the years and the others couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Great range and great prices. Highly recommend. Great community vibe.
