Always had good service here, and in the past bought some great vehicles too. HOWEVER the Holden Cruze would have to have been the most disappointing vehicle I have ever owned ( more than the TP Magna I had years ago from new) . The fact that the turbo when it died I learned a couple of years later, that it was a RECALL job NOT MY FAULT AT ALL, and many many many Cruze owners have had the exact same issue. with that and the cooling system. The extended warranty that I purchased with the car was not worth the paper it was written on, or the amount of money I paid for it. Take it back to when the Turbo died at 65,000 Kms approx. and the insurance company" the extended warranty came from VOIDED all warranty on my car. I could go on and on about that car that I am still tethered to. as I can't afford to trade it in

I struggle to comprehend their incompetence. It seems they think they know best,they do not! Had to get car fixed in Adelaide Bought the part they said i needed .(non returnable) it wasnt that..It was an issue with the car (under warranty) they said it wasn't.

Staff are friendly and polite. They know there stuff and no stuff around.

Friendly enough but couldn’t fix our Toyota as didn’t have the correct diagnostics tools, which seemed bizarre given that they are a Toyota dealership. Ended up going to Northpoint.

Worst service. They don't care about anything as they are the only one in town.Not answerable to anything asked. Wastage of time.

Have always been treated with great respect , and top team for car servicing.

No one served me so I walked out.

Friendly, local, and have everything required. Have them a few times now and have no complaints.
