Late last week I brought in a 2008 VW Caddy for two tyre repairs. I was told I have “no lower control arms” and they need replacement- $890. When I arrived at the shop they advised I did have lower control arms still, but as I assumed the phone representative meant, they are dangerously worn out. I declined their seemingly over priced up sell. I have taken the car to my regular mechanic yesterday. He’s advised me they’ve wasted my time and he will not be replacing the control arms. These guys are a laughing stock, I would not be trusting them with any vehicle. Get yourself sorted guys, that’s unacceptable and you should be ashamed. My mechanic also provided a quote of $450 to replace the control arms that don’t need replacing in comparison to your DOUBLE price quote. 0 stars if possible.

Very happy with the service yet again. You guys have helped my wife out twice before with puncture repairs and very quick turn around time which was much appreciated. So I thought I'd go with you for our new wheel and tyre package. Mark was extremely helpful with great customer service and fantastic communication. Very competitive price. The wheels were delivered in 2 business days. I love the new wheels!

Great service and knowledge. While I knew what I was after in wheels and tyres, I wasn't sure they'd be100% compatible with my vehicle. The team was super helpful aven engaging the vendors to get confirmation. Fitting was quick and easy and all was charged at a great price. Cheaper than others nearby who offered the same combination

Amazing customer experience! Janette was an absolute legend! I have a ford transit van that was extremely limited with what wheels were available to put on, with a difficult request of wanting to put some A/T tyres on the van it was even harder to find wheels that would work. Janette went above and beyond to assist in finding some that would fit along with some that would suit my style! Couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out and could t recommend this Jax more. Will definitely be back for all tyre and wheel needs!
