There were two staff at the counter having a conversation amongst themselves. It took a good 2-3 minutes before I was even acknowledged and that was only after another person walked into the store and I had to make the initial interaction. I was actually there to pre-order the new xbox one. I was very close to walking out and going to a competitor.

After not having much knowledge about a game my son plays and specifically asking if a gift card would work with my sons Game. Was told by the staff Yes no problem" . Have now found out it won't (Great to have an upset son on his birthday). Asking for a refund or atleast some form of help and have been palmed off to EB Customer Service. Will never return to this store and advise anyone else to steer clear."

I recently purchased a copy of the evil within 2 for pc while it was on sale, but did not receive the steam activation code in the case. One quick call and I was able to easily get the activation code for the game. Great customer service especially as it was over the phone and not in store.

The staff are very knowledgeable. If I say I'm looking for a thingamabobby for a watchamacallit. They know what I mean. Obviously with bit more info than that. Prices are reasonable. Always have good sales. Not very often they don't have what I'm looking for. Love browsing there shops.

The people that work there are very nice and helpful and if you want a game are sumthing they will tell you just werento get it overall it is just a great place to buy thing with the 50% or higher off it is the best
