booked in my 2023 Honda crf450r leaking forks under warranty after two days i rang to see where it was at and was then told that my bike had done 'some work' so was not entitled to warranty ? then found that they didn't have the equipment to check how many hrs it had done! then was told a Honda rep had inspected and wouldn't give me his nameomfg what a total waste of time!

Whilst the show room is slightly dated, the staff are absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful. I often am calling past for spare parts for my CBR500 and they always take the time to explain and make sure I have understood.I sometimes find motorbike shops to be intimidating but never felt like that at advantage.
