Terrible service, unprofessional and dangerous!I would highly not recommend these people. Took my car in for a service, enquired as to some of the work that was not completed as per my previous service report (from them) and was advised it would be fine until next service. The owner was too busy talking to his mate about brewing beer to really pay any attention to me. I asked if I would be fine to travel down south on the weekend and he assured me it would be fine. I didnt even make it home before there was an issue with the car. I took it back the next day, was spoken to like rubbish by the owners father and had the mechanic" who serviced my car come out to look at it. He told me that the center bearing did need doing asap and it was on the report (which I questioned) and that he couldnt do it as he is an apprentice and the mechanic didnt start until Monday. So an apprentice who cant do some work

Called to enquire, was told by the person that answer. Can't help I got a shop full of people.

These guys are lifesavers! Over the Xmas New Years break we blew the radiator top tank while 4 wheeling at Tims Thicket. Went to Falcon Auto parts and they said we will have the radiator here by 1030 tommorow. It was installed the same day and the following day we drove 4+ hours back to Albany with no problems. Did i mention this was when everyone else was shut till after the New Year. Professional and top blokes.
