Gym 707 Rozelle

Fantastic! Unpretentious! Staff are wonderful, experienced, well informed and helpful. The trainers are watchful and take time to correct and support clients during the class. Classes are fun and hard (at times), though everyone is encouraged to go their own pace getting the form right first. I leave felling exhilarated and know I’m doing something for myself that leaves me feeling stronger and more confident in my work and daily life.

I absolutely love Gym 707 - I have felt very welcome ever since I started. Staff are super friendly & helpful. The gym is new & has great quality equipment. I love having the option to train on my own & attend small group classes. 10/10 recommend!

I joined Gym 707 just over a month ago and have been so impressed with the super welcome and friendliness of everyone in the team - it really feels like you are part of a family and not just a gym. Although I cannot attend classes because of injuries, it wasn't a problem at all and they recommended a suitable trainer immediately who I'm very happy with. Loads of space to work out in, a great variety of equipment (which is amazingly clean) and an environment that I feel happy and confident in. It also offers the benefits of reduced rates for people like me who can train off-peak, not something a lot of gyms do! It's so good, my husband has now joined!!!!

Gym 707 is a super welcoming and nourishing tribe that cares for and supports its members and staff, and is always encouraging and pushing them to meet their potential. I personally love that the floor is mixed and diverse, with people of different ages and backgrounds, and lots of (brown) women that lift :) I never feel self conscious or uncomfortable on the gym floor - it's the first gym in which I can wear my sports bra without a tank/top and feel safe and respected (no oggling creepy people). The equipment and layout is great and the trainers are awesome - especially Anton Smilek. Highly recommend!

So glad i joined. One of the best training environments i've been a part of in a long time. Trainers are very knowledgeable, push you and accomodate all levels of fitness. This paired with great staff and facilities I'd highly recommend training here!

I love everything about this gym. Plenty of new, clean equipment, super-convenient location and lovely staff . Great range of really challenging classes run by experienced and friendly trainers who actually spend the time to ensure you're technique is right and you're training safely. Great group of members too!

I don't like gyms - I'm someone who has struggled with fitness over the years and need to feel SUPER comfortable in a space to be able to exercise properly. Gym 707 is so lovely. The folks there are friendly, remember your name and genuinely want to get to know you. The culture of the gym is great, they deliberately cap their numbers so the gym doesn't get overstuffed and intimidating to their members. I love it. If you like personalised service and a comfortable place to work out, this is the gym for you! 5 stars!Oh and one more thing - they are super flexible with their contracts and don't gouge you like so many other gyms do with things like cancellation or set up fees etc. When they found out I had injured myself and couldn't go for a few weeks, they paused my account for a few weeks so I wouldn't have to pay the weekly fee - even though I didn't even ask for this. Just great service.

Gym 707 is such a great space to work out in!!! The team are so welcoming and friendly and give you so much guidance and support working on your own individual goals. They have a variety of group classes that run at a good pace but can also challenge you! I’ve never really liked the vibe of gyms before but I feel very comfortable here and able to feel workout confidently!
