What fabulous friendly service. My little dog was with me as we are on holidays. I asked if my dog could come in with me and they welcomed us both. I found the area I needed easilly by the excellent signage. As I was looking through hose fittings for my caravan Josh, a staff member asked if he could help. He and Jacqui were so helpful. Both petted Brocky and engaged in my hardware needs.

Disappointing customer service like pulling teeth. Simple questions about few plants but no enthusiasm of employee who obviously just turns up to work and doesn’t think her input into her role as a source of help is required. No “have a lovely day” or nothing. Might as well replace her with a self serve with my customer experience. First time visitor to shop today and won’t be back.
