Katherine and her team at The Pilates Refinery are wonderful. They have helped me with rehab and overall strength, in a supportive and friendly environment. Highly recommend.

Fabulous studio - well equipped, lovely and cosy atmosphere, easy parking and allows to bring babies to the training sessions (which is a massive bonus!). Katherine is a wonderful instructor - very knowledgeable and attentive, and great at developing effective and very personalised programs. Currently doing postnatal pilates, and could not be happier (Katherine is a true baby whisperer as well!)

Katherine’s response time is instant, providing a personal customer service experience by calling and taking the time to discuss what you are looking for. and how the Pilates refinery can best meet your needs. Follow up with booking an initial consult was seamless, and the actual consult with Pilates instructor Niko was a wonderful experience. Niko is very experienced and adjusts the session to meet your individual needs. I’m a first timer so I was very nervous and unsure, Niko did a wonderful job on supporting me and catering the session to meet my needs.Katherine took the time to follow up the very next day on the consult to check in on how things went and if I had any other feedback to offer.I have booked indefinite sessions and am looking forward to utilising all of the wonderful reformer machines provided in the modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing studio!Highly recommend!
