Emma was fabulously professional and what you want in a lawyer. It was such an emotionally stressful time for us, minimised by her transparent, empathetic and professional attitude. Prior to Emma we engaged with two lawyers both just felt dull, uninterested and too slow to act. One meeting with Emma and she outshone them all, she knows her stuff! Not wasting anytime Emma was true to her word, if she said a letter will be written today it was and that’s what we wanted at the time, Action and all the bases covered by someone that knows what they’re doing!
