Lithium upgrade for my Caravan. Dan was amazing and the outcome is so easy to work with. Managing appliances and output when off grid made easy - choices are yours about how much power to use ! Dan upgraded our caravan battery system to lithium and added an inverter after we were having power problems during our trip around the country. He was the only person I could find willing to help at short notice. He assisted with our initial power issues and gave us some tips to help us through in the interim. He managed to schedule us in at a time that suited our travel plans and completed the work at our campground in the Margaret River area. He is a great guy, easy to deal with and highly skilled. He completed a professional installation and is actively interested in how it performs. He also makes himself available for follow up advice/assistance if required. A great experience and would recommend him to others.

Absolutely amazing service from Dan from the planning stage of the offgrid power upgrade right till handover. He went above and beyond to help us pick the right system for our needs, from solar amounts to the amount of battery needed for our requirements. (We ended up getting 1KW of solar - up from 600W and 560ah of lithium up from 200ah lithium all on our 19ft van!)Communication and daily updates of our build was great as we loved seeing our little project come to life. His work is very neat and tidy and incredibly easy to look at and understand.After service support has been superb as well. Any little doubts that we have had, he has been able to help us out at anytime and is very quick to respond and help out.We will definitely be using Outech again in the future for anything electrical and will recommend to anyone wanting to get a power upgrade in the future!Cheers Dan

We came to Dan needing a full electrical pre wire and installation for our campervan we were building. Dan was extremely helpful with advising us of the requirements to suit our needs and suggestions to make our system work as best as possible. Dan was always easy to contact and helped us with any questions along the way from original planning through to handover. Installation was thorough, we were provided updates and pictures along the way which was exciting and our electrical system works a dream! We have never gone below 50% on our battery and we aren’t conservative with our power. Would definitely recommend!

Dan was a great communicator and has unparalleled knowledge. We had a relatively new caravan which we are living in full time and the solar was just not performing the way we needed.
