These guys are fair and reasonable unlike other pawnbrokers .They are friendly and helpful.To these guys your not just a customer.People go to pawn they're items in times when they struggle to make ends meet mostly and they don't make you feel like scum or rip you blind as they understand what its like .

I'd give less if I could. The customer service seems to be dependent if your a regular or not. Everyone is deserving of the same respect they want in return but obviously you're staff don't feel the same way

AMAZING amazing place and staff/ boss! I went in to sell something and was told it was worth a lot more than I was expecting and that id be better off selling it somewhere else who specializes in my particular item, as they would be able to give me a higher price! Easily could have said nothing and made a big profit themselves! You don't find customer service or even people like that these days!!! 5 stars are not enough!!!

Warning: EXTREMELY VIOLENTVery unreasonable, they are rude and tell you that your equipment is worthless even if it's worth hundreds or thousands. They have a big attitude and get angry when you do your job of explaining why your item is worth money. one of them tried to fight me when I asked why he was talking to me the way he did. If you have a problem we can settle this out the front" was his exact words. Stay clear if possible"
