Rang to enquire if they had a product, was told they did, spent an hour getting there only to be told they didn't have the brand I enquired about but another cheaper brand which is rubbish and can't be used We have tried in the past then offered another roll paid for it then changed our mind told no refund had an exchange of words then was asked if I wanted a refund I would have to wait a couple of days for them to deposit it, after already being lied to how do I trust they would refund me.

Great service. Made a call to find out about horse feed prices in the morning. I ordered online shortly after and my supplies arrived before 12pm. Very helpful staff & great communication. Happy with the quality of hay as well.
