Lots of variety in terms of frame selection. The shop is shared with a Pet Store. Good selection of toys, food and other products for dogs and cats.

Thank you to the lady who said I will wait for you" when I called up to say that I will arrive maybe 2 minutes before the store would close at 6pm. I underestimated the traffic and arrived 2 minutes after 6pm. As I was very glad to see the store still wide open as I ran up to the store. It was such a relief to see her patiently waiting for me "you must be here for passport photos" she said with a warm smile. Although I was late

TOTAL RIPOFF! This place is unbelievable, they charged me $56 in total für 14 pages colour print and scanning of those 14 pages in one go. Asking for $2 per page for print and scan each. These prices are outrageous and nowhere near what a respectable copy shop would charge, the prices are also not well displayed, one could even say hiddenl (an A4 page put up in a corner on a poster) and the A4 page states $2 each not per page and the price for scanning isn't on the sheet at all. This is highly misleading and if there are others who had a similar experience with them I would be glad if you would get in contact.

Just out to rip you off and charge outrageous prices. Printing two A4 colour sheets cost $9. Price changes every time, on their whim, and they charge to download the thing you want to print. Really recommend avoiding.

Very poor service. $25 for 4 passports photos. Staff has poor photoshop skill. We have spent 20mins there waiting for our photos. Two of the four photos were cut in wrong size in their photoshop and get printed. What a waste of my money and time..yes I said do not change the size. But how come two of the photos are in the right size but two of them have been cut into a different size at the bottom. I will come back and re do the payment and I believe the staff is responsible to check if the payment has been gone through when we are still at the counter. It will waste my time again for coming back. We have reprinted the photo at a city photo print store, as we need the photo today. And we will never recommend people who need Chinese passport photo to print their photos here. And by the way, it only costs us 13 dollars to print 4 Chinese Passport size photos at the City Kodak Espress Store. The photos are cut into right size and wrapped well in a small plastic bag. This is a much better experience. The photos I printed in your store were not wrapped and not cut at all, because you told me that you are not able to cut the photos, only because I was after a photo for Chinese passport. I don’t understand why people come here for a poor service with higher price comparing with the other stores.

I do not recommend this store, I was charged $18 for a passport photo and when I promptly went back and explained it was the wrong size (in my error) they tried to charge me an additional $25 for a print out in the right size, that is $43 for 2 very small pieces of paper. A complete rip off and total lack of understanding from the Salesperson to work with me on a compromise.

I have been coming to Photo Garden for over 25 years, Jane has been there all the time to help me she is a wonderfully kind woman to everyone who comes into her store.She has helped me to learn to use a computer to developing prints and doing passport photos and the like and she is more capable than me she seems to know exactly what i need before i do. I have also sent many friends to her for her excellent work and happiness she gives to brighten up your day, Whatever you need doing go and see Jane at photo Garden, you will not be disappointed .

Really nice people but I paid $60 to have a tape digitised and it came out grey …. Completely grey. I thought it might be the tape so also got some photos digitised… exact same thing. Both were for jobs And I wasn’t able to use either footage.

Not a review but a heads up. I put a face on and schlepped out to get passport photos, passing two other open places on the way, to find Photo Garden closed despite being listed as open. Spoke to a shop down the road about it and was told they keep whatever hours they want to. So if you're coming to Newtown specifically for anything from here, maybe choose somewhere else or have a backup plan so you don't waste your Saturday morning like I have.

Extremely poor service. $25 for 2 passport photos with the wrong size. In fact, the lady asked us to crop ourselves because she didn't have any suitable tool...The photo size was wrong, and the attitude was unbelievably rude.
