Optus Airlie Beach
Very Slow. Could not handle more than 2 customers at a time. Electronic payment system failed multiple times. I had a simple request to buy a prepaid SIM card of the shelf and this took upward of 30 minutes. The employees didn't even acknowledge I was in the shop for the first 15 minutes as there was a family of 6 adults in front deciding if they would buy 1 phone. The employee kept up selling the family and I now fear for their financial health.

The girls in the store, Gillian, Emma and Kari were awesome! Only came in to check plans ,I was assisted as soon as I walked in and was given all the information I needed and more.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!.Second time now we have entered the store and the service lady was rude and confused me more about my plan. You would lthink with all this hacking stuff going on you would want to keep your customers. Cya optus

AMAZING COVERAGE and Service- Thanks to Jack and Georgia who have been very helpful. I came from the largest Telco and now 3 months on and trips up and down the east coast, I can only encourage anyone the coverage better more reliable and customer service better.Sick of Arrogance move to OPTUS and deal with this team:)

Benjamin was great, the store manager took over he was pushy didn’t listen to a word I said, all I wanted was to buy a new iPhone, he told me that I was paying to much for my internet I am not with Optus and told me to change my phone plan but all I wanted was a phone. Didn’t want to help me so I walked out and I will never go back into that shop again while he is working there I would much rather drive into Mackay
