Excellent drop and a 10/10 name

A very memorable experience. My wife and I attended the Good Food and Wine Show in Sydney where we met Baxter and Sarah of Mr Riggs Wines. They were both very polite and charming. Upon mentioning a trip we were taking to South Australia the following week, Baxter invited us to their winemaking facility in McLaren Vale.True to his word he gave us a behind the scenes tour, educating us in the wine production process and allowing us to try samples from the tank as well as finished wines from the Mr Riggs range. He was so down to earth and hospitable - we felt like we were part of the family.To top it off, we received our wine delivery when back home in Sydney with a hand written note from Baxter thanking us for dropping in and hoping we enjoyed our time there.This is a fantastic family winery making some amazing wines. We look forward to drinking them and we can’t wait to drop in again next time we’re in the Vale.
