Trude and her team are super professional, punctual, considerate and friendly. Our home becomes more and more beautiful every time Trude weaves her magic - we cannot believe how clean she has made it. Our bathrooms feel new again! Day to day cleaning is easier for us to maintain now because Trude restored the foundation to perfection. Now that our home feels good, we can truly relax in it. Don’t know what we did before finding Trude, can’t recommend The Bay Cleaning Co. enough.

Isabelle did such a good job at our property. We requested a ‘spring clean’ since our house got all mouldy because of all the rain. She was very thorough and cleaned all the ceilings and walls. I’m super happy with The Bay Cleaning Co and will definitely use them again.

Hands down best cleaning experience ever. I had a notoriously difficult real estate and even they were impressed. I booked last minute (from another state) as another cleaning service had pulled out due to my real estate being so picky!!!!!! Trude and the team completely eased my stress! Nailed the clean, house is immaculate and they are so easy to deal with - if you want professional this is the team. Also complete value for money! First hired The Bay Cleaning Co to do a deepClean for my place , Trude did an amazing job very detailed came home to a beautiful ,dust free , sparkling house.I also receive a standard clean 3 weekly or 2 weekly , sometimes I need to postpone and Trude is very flexible and allows me to decide week to week. I feel totally at ease to leave my home whilst Trude is cleaning she is very warm , friendly lovely soul.It is such a lovely feeling to come home to a clean and tidy house especially with two small kids makes my life that little bit simpler.Highly recommend The Bay Cleaning Co !!

I have no hesitation in recommending The Bay Cleaning Co because my own experience with Trude and her team is one of complete satisfaction.Trude is extremely easy to communicate with and no task was ever too small or too much trouble. She has a keen eye for detail and often went above and beyond what we asked of her. Our holiday rental had never been so well looked after.If we had another rental in Byron it would be a given that The Bay Cleaning Co. would be our go to for our cleaning needs.Thanks for making everything so easy!

I pre-booked and pre-paid for a clean for a property a few months prior, for a clean the day prior to my wedding as we were having hair and make up for bridal party the day of the wedding and wanted it to be clean for the day getting ready.Trudy confirmed the clean the day prior but asked to change the time from the morning to the afternoon which I said was no problem.On the day of the clean no one turned up at the time specified - I called Trudy a number it times and sent text messages and waited around for an hour (even though we had lots of things to do, I hoped to let her in).I never heard back until late that night and she asked if they could come the next day (with no apology or explanation for why they didn’t turn up) and I said no as it’s was my wedding day and would require a refund.I had to chase up a number of times for my refund to be processed. The biggest issue I have is no call or message to apologise for not showing up, and no explanation given. A kind of ‘whatever’ attitude.I would definitely not recommend hiring this company as they do not turn up and you have to chase them constantly to refund your money. Really disappointing.

I use the services of The Bay Cleaning Co to clean my 3 bedroom house in Byron/Sunrise most weeks. Always reliable and house cleaned beautifully every time to a very high standard. Peter is excellent and it's all the extra details that I appreciate that he gets to like cleaning out the bins and wiping walls, under sofas etc that I can't get to. Trude is wonderful and so professional to deal with for booking and any extra communication she is great to liaise with. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner in the shire.
