Very knowledgeable and professional staff, we did not waste any time and the Carmel helped us book our bedframe in less than 10 mins. with really good price. I would recommend to visit the store if you're looking to buy a bedding package.

Stopped in at Bed's and Dreams Penrith to have a look around. Just window shopping.Found an amazing Bedroom Suite at a fantastic price.Michelle was very helpful with getting the right combination and arranging prompt delivery.4 days after ordering, I was sleeping in the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years.1 piece of furniture was missing from the initial delivery. Michelle followed up the next day apologising and we had the missing item 3 days later. All in perfect condition.Overall a great experience.Highly recommended company to deal with.

I was honestly apprehensive about needing to shop for a new mattress, but we walked in with little more than what I’d found on the website and Carmel greeted us and led the way! She was wonderfully knowledgeable, knew each mattress in the place, and helped us find the perfect fit quickly and easily! Definitely strongly recommend - Carmel made the experience no more difficult than ordering a coffee :)

Very Good experience at the store. Really looked after both with the sale and price. Can highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bed and mattress with quality also in mind. I would go back the next time in the future as well.
