We had Pierre assist in creating a fantastic and very memorable experience, being a surprise proposal dinner. Pierre was fantastic in arranging everything from the setup and presentation of the table, to the amazing food he prepared throughout the evening.I couldn't recommend Pierre enough to anyone wanting to surprise their significant other, or even just for an amazing dinner with friends. I cannot recommend Pierre (Noranise Dining) and his team more! He is professional, and extremely skilled. Prepared and served canapés and lunch (incl. table prep) better than we could hope for. Thanks for making our lunch such a memorable one. We had the most wonderful afternoon with Pierre yesterday, treated by gorgeous Sydney friends. We learnt how to cook a whole range of Provençal recipes and some incredibly useful cheffy techniques. Afterwards, we were able to sit and eat all the delicious lunch cooked and served by Pierre. Thank you so much, this is definitely an experience to be respected soon. I attended a great cooking class with Pierre a few weeks ago. He is clearly passionate about food and taught us a lot of great kitchen tips and tricks . We enjoyed a delicious pissaladiere and the most amazing chocolate fondant. Wonderful experience!

Pierre catered our wedding canapés and everything was sensational. His attention to detail, care and passion he puts in is clear in his work, and all our guests were raving about the food. Pierre made the whole process smooth and stress free and we didn’t need to worry about anything on the day as he had it all covered. I would highly recommend his services. We are very thankful for him making our special day such a success.

Our family had a great time. Pierre and his team were friendly, professional and prepared a very tasty and classy meal for our party. He was careful to check allergies.
