Very professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. Have visited Invictus Physio for a number of issues, always had a positive experience. Joey also provided a quality pre- surgery plan which was effective.

I hired a TENS machine through Joey at Invictus Physio and it was the best thing I could do for the successful delivery of my baby boy.Without this machine I wouldn’t have been able to deliver a natural birth with zero pain medication.These machines are top quality and pretty much brand new, plus she charges a lot less than most places that hire out TENS machines.Joey is a wealth of knowledge and someone I recommend you visit at least once during your pregnancy.

Unlike any other physio out there. Joey is extremely knowledgeable in the body and muscle anatomy. Her skillset and client centered care made me feel really heard about my injuries unlike doctors/other physio's who just want to prescribe pain killers and do a small massage and no follow up care of rehab program. The warm and inviting clinic is just a bonus on top of the fantastic clinical knowledge and expertise of the Physio's at Invictus. Not your average physio giving you a few stretches, Joey has treated me both in pregnancy and post a car accident and helped me heal and no longer be in pain. Previously I'd given up on physios feeling that they didn't help me, however at Invictus they want you to get better and try everything to achieve it. I now travel 132kms return trip to see the physio at Invictus as it is worth every dollar and minute of my time! Dry needling, laser therapy and supervised clinical pilates are just some of the things that have helped for me. If something isn't working, they change it up and we try something new, aiming to get painfree and live a more comfortable life. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I had a shoulder injury dating back over 10 years with constant muscle spasms. I'd learnt to deal with the issue after multiple visits to various practitioners over the years. I noticed a drastic improvement after my first visit with Jo, after my second visit I have not experienced the problem since! that was nearly a year ago now. Cant recommend Jo enough, it's clear she aims to treat the issue to a resolution (quickly) in place of the normal business model which keeps you coming back for more of the same treatment over and over !! keep up the good work Jo it's much appreciated.

Such a beautiful physio space! I love how Joey shares her knowledge with you and explains things in a way I can understand. After dealing with a hip injury for over 12 months, it's been wonderful to finally find relief with the help of Invictus. Thanks Joey!
