Elevera Lodge @ Neutral Bay

After my boyfriend was kicked out for abusing me here I invited a guy friend over to talk about it & because i wanted to feel safe. Maricel & JR told my boyfriend (WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE) and he ended up beating me up because of it - falsely accusing me of cheating. It's the managers fault that I got beat up.Why would you tell this to someone who isn't a resident knowing he has a violent history???Shame on you. To the owners - GET BETTER MANAGEMENT

The place was nice, everything clean , I was impressed cause I've been in another lodge very dirty, the room are comfortable and the location is so beautiful. The manager does a good job , always giving solution when I asked for some issues. I recommend it for some nights or even for weeks.

The place is clean and everything is new. However the wifi is not working and the staff is not really helpful on this point. Don’t come here if you expect enjoy wifi...

I'm very grateful for the time spent at ELEVERA LODGE. I had such a great time living in one of the double studios they have. Jimmy and Maria are really nice, always happy to help making sure guests are comfortable and happy. At the moment I found a one bedroom apartment and it's time to move. I'll keep recommending this place

We had a room with ensuite and stayed at Elevera for 6 months. Room was great, had a kitchenette, double bed, private ensuite and TV. Room was clean, well equipped and accessible. We initially didnt have a car park space but the manager (Maricel, who was great by the way) endeavoured to arrange one for us asap and did so. The place also has a shared kitchen and multiple shared bathroom facilities, all of which were spotless and spacious. One last bit of praise for the management, Maricel and JR i couldnt fault them, any issue or problem would be attended to and fixed promptly and they were always polite and happy to help. Would definitely stay again if we need to.

My partner Tess and I stayed relocated from Melbourne where our first long term accommodation was at the Elevera Lodge. We stayed at Elevera for 14 months. The host Maricel & JR were absolutely amazing! No matter how 'big or small' the assistance I had, both Maricel & JR went out of their way to truly ensure both my partner and I were looked after. Its this type of customer service that really made our stay pleasurable.

The 'Elevera' is an accommodation lodge with comfortable & clean facilities as well as quiet guests. The onsite managers, Maricel & JayR, are welcoming & professional at all times. The lodge is conveniently located close to transport & shopping facilities. Highly recommend!

British feel to it, close to the water. Close to the wharf that goes directly to the city and situated in a beautiful suburb of my hometown!
