We had a king size bed delivered which was very heavy and the boys were great.They brought the bed in and set it up, took all the rubbish away with them with no fuss and lots of care.I had a phone call the evening before and was given a time which they were absolutely spot on with.Highly recommend them

I hired Glovers to move me from Burpengary to Gympie with two men and it cost $1900. Six months later I hired them again with four men as with two men they previously struggled to lift my spa. This time a ten minute move across town with a third less possessions, they charged me $1800 and took six hours. They failed to follow written and given in person instructions.They failed to put the spa where instructed and left it in a paddock costing me yet more money to resolve the spa relocation on my own days later. They also did not need to reassemble at the receiving end as it all went into a shipping container. They uncovered the lounge I had covered and told them to keep covered and put my $3000 Italian lounge on top of the filthy fridge roof inside the container which is impossible for me to unpack alone causing it to be filthy and ruined. They then refused to address my complaints and charged my Parents another $600 or said they would take my TV hostage. I was at work and said to Simon at 3:45pm to tell me if they go over the paid $1200 time and that I would balance him the rest after work at 5pm by transfer but when I got home he had put it on my parents to pay, which I find completely unprofessional as I was the client. I would not recommend you use this removalist under any circumstances! Simon has not offered rectification now five days on.
