I had a fantastic dental experience with Dr Priyanka! Super friendly staff that took a lot of care with my teeth.10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a good dentist in the Hawkesbury.

The dentist chair is not a place I like to sit. However Dr Priyanka and her assistant kept me calm and relaxed and the filling I received was painless.Very happy, highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Aarathi and her team at Pacific Smiles Richmond for a dental treatment, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Aarathi and her team were extremely gentle and patient throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely at ease. Their attention to detail was impressive, and I appreciated how they took the time to explain each step of the procedure to me. I was searching for a local dentist to take my daughter to asap as she was complaining of a sore tooth. We were lucky enough to be seen by a dentist three hours later. The dentist was absolutely amazing!!!!! We were both a bit on edge but she made us feel comfortable, informed and at ease. She talked my nervous daughter through all the tools and what she was going to use them for. She received her first filling then and there. The receptionist is so lovely too. We won't go anywhere else now.

Dr. Sashi Nair extracted two of my decayed wisdom teeth. He is just marvelous. He made me feel comfortable and had good discussion about the procedure. He then used local anesthesia to numb the area and then extracted both the teeth. He made sure the extraction process is not more than a minute per tooth. While it was painful at that time, worth every moment, when you see the results. A great and experienced Dentist. Will definitely recommend him.

I had a booked in 6 monthly appointment with Dr Nayyar since august last year. Was only informed two days before my appointment that she was going on maternity leave now if you’re going on maternity leave you would have a set date for that. Now you would think that they would have rescheduled appointments especially 6 month appointments booked in 6 months in advance. Not two days before hand. My appointment was the 31st of January and I was phoned by the receptionist on the Sunday after I recieved the email on the Friday the reminder of my appointment on the 31st of January. I was phoned on the Sunday that she was going on maternity leave that I couldn’t get in that day that I took a days leave from work in advance as I made the appointment last year as I know I was even reminded to bring my mouth guard at the time. Now I know maternity leave but you have a date booked 6 months in advance I even got sent a reminder of my appointment sent on Monday the 30th January which I believe they retracted. I was informed that they only have one dentist working one day at a time you would think a dentist going on maternity leave that they would have gotten another dentist beforehand. I questioned the receptionist and she made the excuse that she doesn’t know what the other receptionists do communicating is the key here and then she offered me to go to Penrith but two days notice taking time off work with also making a gp appointment the same day with two days notice with a 6 month appointment no good for me. Then I got the excuse they tried to ring but I diddnt answer well I can’t see any missed call from that number on my phone. I was able to book an appointment with another dentist 24 hours in advance !!!!!! Will not be back pacific smilies Richmond !!!!Hi I have read your review as far as I’m concern not good enough I was booked 6 months in advance NOT GOOD ENOUGH you should have know this dentist was taking maternity leave !!!!!!

Dr Priyanka and the staff at PSD Richmond are amazing! I completed my Invisalign treatment with her and i could have not been more happy with the outcome and how smooth the process was. Dr priyanka is very gentle and informative throughout the whole treatment.If you are looking for a local dentist that does Invisalign or even a checkup, I would recommend booking in!

Dr Pryanka is lovely and genuinely cares for the dental health of her patients. She is also great with kids.
