I found one staff lady in particular to be absolutely appalling her attitude and behaviour towards me was disgusting I drive all the way from Gosford to Bundaberg to see my father‘s funeral to be there and when I rang to see if I can find out what time the funeral was she was told I was told she’s under strict advice not to allow me access or where it is or what time it is no information at all and she spoke to me quite rudely and she said that this was my father that passed away I was close with my father but I had a fight with my brother who separated us and he’s the one that kept us apart and he tried to stop me from going to the funeralWell I eventually got there I was late I missed the viewing thank you to that lady and thank you to my brother well done the pair of you in a time when you are Grieving uncontrollably he would think the staff at a funeral cremation Centre would be a little bit more understanding and a little bit more compassion but not this morning

We were warmly welcomed by Tyler and Leon at Branyan Gardens and on talking to them about the state of our father's plaque on the Memorial Wall, Tyler personally went to the trouble of restoring it. He did an excellent restoration on the plaque, so much that our whole family could not believe the difference. We were also very impressed with the beautiful presentation of the memorial gardens themselves. Please keep up the great work.
