Went in as a new client as I moved to this area, they sat me down and I booked in for a 249 package full head of foils and a couple of other things included. Quote come back after just adding on a haircut at over $400 , I mentioned what was that adding as it was a very expensive haircut when I jumped off the floor back onto my chair . Got charged 30 for long hair which I might mention, I paid to have cut to a short length before they placed product in my hair, asked for a platinum blonde with an ash finish, ended up with brown hair, haircut not finished and all uneven, got charged $50 for foils when my package was a full head of foils, really un personal experience for a premium price as got tossed around 4 times during my time there across the day. Walked out unhappy and with out my free take home product. Staff in the beginning was rude when I asked how it’s over $400 when I booked for 249 package and got told it’s all the small print terms and conditions which there was none when you go onto their website and make the booking or on the Facebook post. Clients beware ! If I did this in my profession I’d be looking a jail time seriously!

I came in last minute for a root colour as I work in the centre and it was a well rated salon that was close by. I went in and had my hair done, had a lovely head massage and a tea and biscuit. I felt quite comfortable and at ease. I went back a couple of days later as there was a patch missing colour, but they fit me in straight away and had it all fixed. I had another head massage and a tea and biscuit once again, which I felt was the icing of the cake. The staff were so sweet. Yes, the person who does your hair will change but at what salon doesn’t? Am now a returning client!

Always an amazing experience here. Recently saw their beautician Jaz who made my waxing experience the best I've ever had! Cannot recommend them enough

Took my 10 year old granddaughter there. Staff listened to her requests for the style she wanted. Treated her with friendliness and respect. Gave her a lovely style that suited her face and the style she requested. Highly recommend

My husband just had the worst cut ever from here. He normally has a short back and sides with a nice side part floppy fringe and came back all the same length with his fringe so short it sticks out at the front

I went from hating how I looked with horrible hair to walking out feeling like a model, loving myself again. They were brilliant and understanding and did my hair exactly how I wanted it.

The fact that my review was honest about my terrible experience here was deleted speaks volumes!!Do not go here.They cut about 4 inches off my hair, made my hair look like a bob from the front and long at the back is terrible!! And my foils were the wrong colour. Two different shades of orange when I asked for a light brown to look like natural highlights from my dark brown hair!!When I left I cried in the car and tied my hair up so my partner couldn’t see how bad it was when I got home.Pathetic!!!!!!!!

I felt so unimportant/ like a burden the whole time I was there. I think they swapped hair stylists about 5 times during my hair trim.. The lady that started my hair was being interrupted CONSTANTLY and probably walked away from me at least 5 or 6 times, and every time she came back it seemed like she wasn't going from where she left off. Whenever someone else took over they wouldn't even say a word to me which I felt was very unprofessional. I left happy with my haircut although it was slightly uneven... but will not go back. :( plus it was very expensive!
