City Beach - Erina

Always shop at the erina store because the staff are so lovely!I was served by Kristy when I came in who was super helpful fixing my return.

Staff friendly. Clean store. Feel like the range could be better though. In saying that it was close to Christmas, so could just be that.

The new store has made their customer service a lot worse!! Not hooks in most of the change rooms, so you need to place everything on the floor!! Only 1 person on the counter when there's a massive line-up up while the other 8 staff members walk around the store talking to each other and not customers. Disgusting!!

If I could offer a zero rating I would. The staff are the rudest individuals I have ever met. I started off being ensured by the friendly male staff member that the bag I purchased would be put on hold and to pick it up with no issues. When I turn up, it was sold to someone else, even though I turned up before the cut off date, and was told that it was too bad for me. That was the last bag there. When I enquired to find out if there was more, the rude staff members told me that they don't have anymore. I was impressed with the Tuggerah, and definately the staff at Macquarie Park, but Erina staff have to be the worse female staff members who have no experience with people, or how to discuss things with people. It was disgraceful and I have never encountered this type of behaviour or rudeness before. My partner also went in the next day to check to see if there was a chance of it still being there, and told that someone else had asked and that it was not there, but again, in a manner that was so rude she walked out furious at the staff members for the way she was spoken too or even asking a basic question. If the owner reads this, find new staff. It will ruin your business. These young girls do not care about what they say and how they say it. Again...disgraceful and will never come back again to the Erina branch. I will go back to the others and avoid yours like a plague.

I loved this shop..staff are so happy and helpful...the shop is clean..there's heaps to choose from...I recommend it!!

Buy two pairs of shoes for $80 to then walk out and realise ive been charged $100 go back in to rectify the issue to be told they will fix it up give her a minute to then be told all my money is refunded to my account and would I like to purchase the shoes again I think not im not going to give you $180 for two pairs of shoes that are on special now its the following day and im still waiting for the money to go back in so at the moment im down $100 and don't have either of the shoes i paid for how can that be right great customer service in there if you don't want to know anything about the products because they won't talk to you unless you are paying for something I will tell all my friends and family and anyone that will listen that this shop is shonky for the mess around and not just refunding me the difference so I get the shoes

Very impressed with the staff at Erina. I bought some thongs from them but unfortunately they broke after only 9 days. I didn't have my receipt and figured that was it. I took them to the store, they found a copy of my receipt and without questioning they accepted that the thongs were clearly faulty and were happy to issue a refund or exchange. I ended up buying another pair and they have been perfect. The customer service was brilliant!

There was no service until i went to pay! At no point did they approach me, offer any help or assistance. It wasnt that busy, not sure what they where doing!
