Vanessa did an outstanding job of selling my property in Wallan. She was very organised in the way she handled everything and sold my property in less than a week above my price target. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to sell in the area.

Peter is very helpful and informative.

Firstly my agent who manages my house, she didn’t checking tenants rental history, and tenants start not paying rent since second month. That’s cost me losing rent income and anxiety.Secondly, when I start contact Hess, they just be quiet, no reply me phone calls. And everything shows unprofessional and no respect. That’s how I felt. Very upsetting. I feeling sad, because I have a trouble with bank at the same time. Who care about I don’t paying the mortgage?And I couldn’t find the agent her license, so don’t know she is qualified or not. This business really can’t trust.

I got very bad experiences with Peter from Hess Real Estate. I went to inspect and purchase property in Hidden valley. As human being, we generally, inspect lots of property and then select best one according to our own choice. And customer has right to give offer even if it is not within price range. So, we have seen 4 properties last Sat 14/01/2023 and gave offer to 1 property $1.35m verbally as property price range was $1.4m to 1.5m to Peter. And he became angry with us and he straightway underestimated us and he said we are not real buyer. And he has denied to show us any further property next Sat.It is unusual, and very insulting for us as Customer. Real Estate Agent can not behave and show such a insulting behavior with any customer. I am going to protest this behavior strongly. Very Bad attitude he had. I have no idea, on what basis he declarerd that we are not real buyer, only because of we gave offer under price range? Now a day, lots of properties are selling below expected price range. So, Peter is not good and perfect Manager of Hess Real Estate, I think. He told us that he is Manager of Hess. We deal lots of Real Estate in Melbourne since 2008, but this is the first time that we got very bad Manager this time.
