Rude and disrespectful manner from financial manager (Mia). Unclean delivery vehicle. No detailed cleaning be done and scratches in the interior of the car. Unprofessional services. To be honest, never recommend any friends, colleagues and family to come to the shop for buying any vehicles. Very disappointed for the service and delivery in this shop.

I purchased a used (2019) car from here recently. It broke down at the start of an important holiday road trip about a month later. Appalling customer service. Took 5 weeks for a 1 day repair! First ling delay before it was transferred to right place to be fixed and I believe the delay was in them contacting the place. Then even longer delay in getting approval for the parts to be purchased. Very little contact from here and only when i contacted them and even they they didn't always respond. Dreadful experience. Have gone from what I thought was a highly trustworthy provider to someone I don't want to deal with. Even complained to owning company janrule through their website and have heard nothing at all. I do not recommend them....and despite message from.them.below I've had no contact from.them.

As a returning buyer I felt comfortable approaching the team this time as well. Tarun & Maddison were awesome. Thank u to Lisa as well. Well communicated information through the whole time while waiting for my dream car to arrive.

Tahun and Lisa and the team were very professional and friendly to deal with. My experience there was all positive and I am extremely happy with my new Corolla Hybrid. Looking forward to many happy trips in it! Thank you

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My partner and I purchased vehicle through Toyota Canberra!Great car but horrible service. 5-6 weeks on we are still waiting for them to fit the accessories but still nothing. Asked Lisa (the general manager) for a refund and she was rude and spoke to my partner like he was her son not a client. Her service has been nothing but disappointing, disrespectful and plain right disgusting for a manager of a major Australian car company.Also tried to say they have contacted us however we haven’t heard anything for 2 weeks when we first rang to see what was happening with our accessories. When we rang back got nothing but the same treatment from Lisa.If you choose to purchase your next vehicle with these guys. Best of luck to you.

Very Rude and unprofessional behaviour from sales person Manish. As the same person was nice when we were there to buy car, as soon as we don’t want to buy the car, and went to get deposit back, he literally said “you are not customer anymore”, I’m surprised how a salesperson doesn’t no the meaning of customer, he should know that customer service doesn’t end once the car is sold, you still need to take refund and other issues normally and think about feedbacks and reviews as well.He may also have forgotten that I went there for my second Toyota car, as I still have one Toyota with me. I will definitely won’t recommend or go to the place where the person doesn’t respect other person.There was definitely a miscommunication, n I was trying to solve that with Mia but Mr Manish just can in middle and said so, may be he was showing his frustration as he didn’t get any benefit from us, due to change of mind.Anyway thanks to Lise and Mia for acknowledging and solving the issues.

We could not recommend Belconnen Toyota any higher. The entire process buying a new Toyota HiLux was a very positive experience. The salesperson Andrea Pizzuto Croke was truly amazing in his customer service and friendly can do approach, and is a credit to the Canberra Toyota team. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and made collecting the new car a very memorable experience. Thanks again Andrea!

Excellent service from Sam, Lisa and the team! Sam explained all the new features of my Toyota Corolla Hybrid before I drove off, he is really so knowledgeable. They kept me informed about the waiting time all the way and I am so happy with my new Corolla - it was worth the wait!
