Quin Wyatt Building Designer
We found quin by chance as we stumbled across a house for sale that he had done the renovation for.we tracked him down and met up with him and he spent a significant amount of time with us on a saturday.he listened to what we wanted and some time later presented a plan for our new home which we were just delighted with.we needed to make minor changes several times and he was always so obliging.he offered us practical advice as to how to navigate our way through something we were unfamiliar with.we have just started the building process and no doubt we will continue to get his guidance.

I can't recommend Quin highly enough as a designer. The home he created for us is earthy, functional, stunning and completely unique.Throughout the design process Quin was totally focused on making sure he understood exactly what we wanted and, with unfailing good nature, tweaked and re-tweaked the plans until we were completely satisfied we had it right.Thank you Quin, for your vision and patience... we absolutely love our new home!

Quin assisted our family with the design of our dream holiday home. His design ideas and concepts were environmentally aware, practical and considerate of our families requirements. His knowledge of the area and ability to work with the local authorities was also a tremendous asset in getting our design approved and ready for building in a very short time frame.We have now been in the house for almost two years and we still have people walking past, stopping and commenting on how beautiful it is.Should we be building again on the peninsula, we would definitely engage him again.I have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone considering a new build around the peninsula.

Before we began the renovation experience I didn’t know or appreciate the vital importance of the relationship between a designer and us the client. Quin has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the initial meeting and walk through of our ‘fixer upper” to the spectacular finished showpiece we now have has been so easy with such an easy going, professional and collaborative relationship. From initial consult to working drawings, then on to tweaks along the way with numerous changes Quin has always been happy to assist in a timely and consultative way with a fantastic knowledge of local regulations and laws. His expertise and knowledge base is second to none with such good industry knowledge. It has never been too much trouble to field calls from our builder and follow up on queries and updated plans to submit for amendments. I can sincerely say that the stunning house we are now living in wouldn’t have been possible without Quin’s vision. I can not recommend him enough to any prospective client. 10/10
