CS Nails

First and last time I go to this salon, unprofessional work, having phone calls while doing my nails. when she finishes, my nail polish was so messy, so the lady who is in charge had to take them off and start from the begenning. so i ended up spending 2 hours to get my nails done, and not the way I want them.

They injured two of my fingers and my nails are very ugly. I am not satisfied with the service

First of all I paid an extremely over priced amount for my lashes second of all they fell out in less then a week started falling out the first day I got them done oh and after they fell out my eye started to swell up and they are extremely unprofessional

PLEASE READ THIS… I am extremely shocked by the way that I was spoken to on the phone after calling to complain about my nails coming off after 4 days of getting them done. I paid 75$ for my nails and this wasn’t the first time it had happened. So the first time I was nice about it and didn’t say anything. I told the lady on the phone I had had this issue before and I asked for a refund and she replied with “refund, never” after I had explained my self further she started to raise her voice THEN HUNG UP ON ME once again saying “refund, never”. I wish I was making this up but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

They state their eftpos isn't working , by placing an out of order paper on it. When you say I only want to use my card , OH WOW SUPRISE ALL OF A SUDDEN MAGIC HAPPENS AND EFTPOS IS WORKING. They always charge extra $2 to pay by card regardless of what you pay.Shifty business

Worst worst worst place to get your nails done…they are stealing money from the government. We as tax payers pay taxes and this place doesn’t. Their eftpos machine never works. They need to be reported. Ladies don’t go here and pay your hard earned money where they are not paying their taxes.

Great experience for the price. I got a full set today and was worried that it wouldn't be good quality because of previous reviews but I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and made me feel welcome. I paid $45 for my full set with shellac and will definitely be coming back!

VERY BAD SERVICE !!! I am not happy with my nails at all , I asked for something and got something else and After one hour this is what happened. Soo bad never going there again

The staff were quite professional but unfortunately the end result was not. I asked for SNS nails and asked for them to be long...I received short nails with a very grainy top result. With additional training to the staff members and further communication between client and customer this place would be perfect. Price and all

If I could rate this place a 0 I wouldI went in two get eyelash extensions and they charged me $65 three times as they wouldn’t let me pay of the eftpos terminal because apparently it was out of order so the made me bank transfer them $65 !! Then they said it didn’t go through so I didn’t it a second time they said it didn’t go through they would not let me leave the store then got me to do it on the eftpos terminal which they said was out of order at the start this place is unbelievably unprofessional they sit there and talk in the own language and are always rude now I have just lost $195 and I know 2/3 of them payments definitely went to them cause it has. The exact same number on my bank statement WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
