Bradmac Heating and Cooling

I had an issue with an aircon dripping water on the wall. I called them up and spoke to Thomas, he was wonderful. He suggested that my aircon seems to be in warranty and should get it fixed from installer for free. He also educated me on Vic certs requirements. He was upfront and wouldn't want me to waste money. His advice worked as a charm. Got it fixed from installer for free. Hats off to the honesty of Thomas. Will always recommend Bradmac to anyone in future. Great job guys, keep up the good honest work.

Bradmac were professional from start to finish. Their sales consultant turned up when he said he would, was personable and knowledgeable. The price was better than other quotes I got. Once I accepted, they called soon after and the split system was installed within a week. The guys who did the installation were quick, efficient and easy to deal with. I plan to use Bradmac in the future for another split system. They are professional with a capital P.

From start to finish my interaction with this company was a delight, and a lesson in complete professionalism. Due to the Christmas break, they were not able to attend until early January. They turned upon the day scheduled. Bradley the sales manager provided multiple options and suggested what would work for us. The installers then arrived exactly when they said they would, and installed our system in record time.They were polite, tidy, respectful of our home, and happy to work with us to give us the best possible outcome Once completed we traveled to Airport West to pay the final invoice, and were greeted by Carmela, a charming, professional and very patient lady who processed my 91 yr old father's payment for the job. I cannot recommend this company HIGHLY enough. Consummate professionals at every point of contact, from quote, to install to final invoice. Nothing was ever too much trouble for these people, and the communication along the way was faultless. An absolute pleasure to deal with

Bradmac found a solution to my heating needs - everything right from giving me a quote to installation was seamless and professionally done. The team were very helpful when answering my many questions when giving me a quote. They also came on time and did an excellent job with installing the new system. There was regular communication throughout and it made the process seamless and stress free. Highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Very bad experience when providing the quote they negotiated had told me we have excellent service. Installation was to be done yesterday. Installer came but evaporative cooler was not delivered so he had to back. No call or apologize I m having to chase to get an update. I will update the recipe on the next experience from them. Got a call stating that the unit has not arrived and cannot promise when it will be delivered. What was surprising was the lady told me this is a courtesy call Wow! beat that would 101 of customer experience to keep customers updated!

Bradmac service was excellent. They quoted gave me an installation date which was 1 week after I accepted the quote. Their technician turned up on time and date specified. Great service confirmed I was happy with the job.

Recently had a split system installed by the team at Bradmac. Thomas from the office was very friendly and accommodating to our needs (we had to change the installation date a few times) The installers (Gavin and Sal) arrived on time and followed all COVID-19 safety protocols.I'm a very happy customer and I will only be using Bradmac for my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Bradmac has been amazing right from step one. Right from Brad coming over to look at the system with Carmela managing our questions and Thomas responding to the operational queries. The whole team is so patient, polite, professional and customer friendly which is what makes Bradmac stand out. Mitch, Aaron, Rocco did not shy away working in the rain just because they had promised us the working of the unit that particular day. I will always recommend everyone to use only Bradmac.

An extremely disappointing experience for our clients who have been left with an incomplete system for more than 2 years and a complaint to the Victorian Building Authority about Bradmac. Very disappointed.

I needed a split system urgently and contacted Thomas @ Bradmac he was so helpful and informative regarding options and sent out 2 extremely experienced guys to check on the best unit to suit my needs.
