The worst KFC ever. I have order original recipe burger and I got burnt tender .No Mayo . All I got is buns with leaves .The staff is very unorganised. They do not know what they are doing .They are very rude and staff inside are laughing and talking.

I just paid over 70 bucks and they only gave me half my order, no drinks, plus they were out of original pieces at 7pm. I understand stock shortages and agreed to an alternative, but the combos missing. Waited well over half an hour for my food, asked to speak to manager with no luck and now they won't pick up the phone. Absolutely horrendous. Never buying from there again. We should have just had 2 minute noodles for dinner.

Would give less than 1 star if I could… not only was the order wrong when we arrived home, all the food was cold. They ran out of chicken fillets so decided to put 2 tenders in the burger instead… (pictured, doesn’t even fill the burger). Fries weren’t cooked properly they were still hard/cold in the middle. Was given a zinger box meal instead of a tenders box meal and I don’t enjoy spicy food… super disappointed and will never go back! the kids running this store need to do better and get of their phones while touching people’s food…. Gross!

I have never waited less than half an hour here. One time I have had to wait an hour. Don't bother going here if you are trying to eat any time soon. Whoever is running this place needs to sort it out...

I’d have ordered $10 whole chicken roast from IGA if I knew this was coming.

$20 of items (most important ones) missing from my order. Second time this has happened. No compensation offered other than a voucher to be delivered where I come in to the store (I don't have a car so it would be a 90 min commute there and back). I am disgusted and disappointed with the service.I can forgive them though. Very progressive to have the place run exclusively by people with down syndrome. Keep it up!

Terrible service. Ordered through drive through, after payment we were told the wait time is over 10 minutes- ok that's fine but please tell us before. Then order was brought out to us in waiting bay, no drink. When I went back inside to get it, the young kid at the counter looked at me blankly and had no reaction. I mean nothing, not even oh sorry let me get you your drink. Not a single word, just looked away at the wall. Very very odd. Eventually another worker got me the drink.Edit: the food itself was pretty good, chicken cooked well, and the two ladies on drive through were lovely.

I ordered Family feast on Uber eats, was supposed to get 10 chicken, one large Pepsi, 3 large chips and 1 large potato gravy but just got the chicken,2 large chips and the Pepsi and they didn’t even attach the receipt. I reported it on Uber eats and now they are refunding me only $12. It’s very irresponsible and poor service of them! Never ordering from this store again!

We waited 20 minutes or more in the drive thru. When we got our food it was cold. The tenders were about the size of my fingers. The staff were so rude,especially the 2 young girls on drive thru. They never spoke a word, practically threw my food at me and then my order was missing sauce!! The chicken was dry, and cold and the service was terrible.
