Best yoga experience I’ve had!!! Jen is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. All the classes are great for beginners and experienced people.The yoga therapy program is great. Jen tailored a flexible program that works for me with life’s ups and downs. It’s been the self care practice I come back to time and time again.
