Single best experience in a Video Store.Staff provide excellent service, cleaning discs before you leave with them and always giving a genuine greeting upon arrival. The store is always extremely well organised with a great selection of aussie films covering an entire wall.

Love the fact there's still a dvd library in Cairns. Wide range of dvds to hire or buy. Yes a bit old school, but tge experience of going as a family and choosing a movie together is great. Hire or buy, wide range available.

The employees here are super nice (I even bought one a thankyou beer once!) there is a pretty extensive DVD selection, and paying half price late fees on rentals has saved me heaps of $$$! $1 for any movie on cheap Tuesday's is awesome as well.

The staff are very friendly & very knowledgeable about films. It’s cheap & the Tuesday specials are great. Their opening & closing times are suitable for late night borrowing/returning & they have a wide range of movie selections.

Not good. While I was staying in Cairns for a year, I signed up the membership. They asked me a deposit which was AUD100 because I am an Asian and I lived there temporarily. And they promised to return it back to me when I left Cairns. However, when I asked to return the deposit back to me, they denied to refund it because they did not have any record of having the deposit. Maybe the person who had asked me for the deposit stole the deposit or he had not left any record. Anyway, They are fraud.
