Great service and range. Was having trouble finding some brass pipe fittings, but they had a large range for good prices. Really helpful digging through to find the right size. Appeared to have a large range of tools in addition to the expected truck spares. I'm not involved with trucks, but will visit again for tools and other spares for all the other things I'm involved with. Highly recommended

Very extensive range of truck spares, accessories and cleaning gear etc. We purchased a new alko off road hitch for our van. It was in stock. Better than ordering on line and waiting for it. Highly recommend. Very helpful and friendly staff.

New compersoor listed for approx $2200, Rang to confirm, Yes, RIng back, cant find it, ring back yes found it, Ring back 10 mins later and now they want $3500, casue there is none around and hard to get brand new. Lucky i didnt buy online before checking stock and availabiltiy. Covid Tax specilist. Thankfully Detroit Chippo came to the rescue and even smashed the original price

Hands down the worst customer service i have ever experienced nation wide from any retail business. Today was my last straw after now 4 seperate occasions of a sales lady showing no interest in serving me items needed for a trailer build.Our family have long shopped here with Frank and this experience leaves us disgusted. Had it not been for family in trucking recommending me this shop i might never has experienced this joke.After months building a trailer i find the lights purchased in December will not fit after door seals and trimmings fitted. I returned the unopened Narva unit pair in packaging with receipt for refund or exchange with store credit.I was refused and basically laughed at by the lady for simply expecting service. Sorry Frank but i cannot recommend SCTS.If you are looking for spares in the industry go first to Truckline or NAPA in Unanderra and leave these guys until your absolutely last resort.
