I started seeing Adrian for remedial massage. My pain has improved dramatically. After combining Massage and Pilates for 2 months now, my chronic lower back pain is almost non-existent.Thanks Adrian

Such a great massage. Adrian (or Mr Fix It as I now call him) got rid of my back pain within 30 mins of me being there AND gave me stretches to help reduce the chance of it returning.Could not recommend more highly!

I’ve been going along to The Fix Wellbeing for about 6 months, initially for remedial massage but mostly for Pilates.I have found Adrian to be a skilled and knowledgeable practitioner, but maybe more importantly, he has demonstrated patience, understanding and kindness as I have been working to improve my health and wellbeing. I am grateful for the support I have received here and would highly recommend The Fix Wellbeing.

Having recently had my first appointment I can see why The Fix Wellbeing has so many glowing reviews. Adrian is exceptionally skilled, and knowledgeable. He has created a beautiful space and relaxing atmosphere. Can't believe how much of a difference one session made in reducing my neck pain. I will absolutely be returning as a regular client!

Oh well Adrian is the Best!! I don’t need to mention about his skills and expertise in massage and cupping (just read the other reviews :) ) but also such a great Pilates instructor. I have low back and some other health issues. He provides a tailored service depending on my situation ( The Fix ) in last few weeks. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended..
