I can personally confirm that without VSS Underwood and The Pet ICU staff I definitely would not have my fur baby Jack today. Dr Peter, Dr David and all the other doctors, nurses and office staff looked after my boy with the same care and passion that they would have shown if he was part of their own family. The care and treatment was beyond fantastic and the care that they all gave to me and my family was beyond amazing. I would highly recommend taking your pets to seek treatment from this wonderful, caring, passionate and professional team. Thank you so very much.

We were blown away by the level of service we experienced at VSS and their ICU during our dog's recent surgery. Both the surgeons we saw were extremely compassionate in their approaches, and very happy to discuss their diagnoses and options in detail. Questions were welcomed and answered comprehensively. To add a cherry on top, the lovely ICU nurse, Corrine, sent us a photo and videos after surgery just before bedtime to make sure we knew he was ok. Wonderful facility, but make sure you have insurance. Well recommended!

Incredible specialists who took great care and time to help us understand the exploratory procedures our dog required. Leading up to the procedure, the surgeon called to explain everything about the procedure and answer our questions, on the day of the procedure the surgeon met with us to clarify things further and then he met with us again after the procedure to explain next steps. We couldn’t be happier with the love and care showed to our dog and us. We highly recommend this facility to care for your precious furry friends.

Very happy with the attention and service given to my little dog when he went in for the day for some tests. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I could tell they loved their job and working with animals. I received a link to a video showing everything that would happen from checking in to discharge. This really helped me as I could see what would happen and removed some of the unknown.Would highly recommend VSS Carrara for all pet needs.

Do not hesitate to take your animals here. We have been for 2 separate dogs within weeks and both were serious issues. Our 2nd time our boy was operated on within hours and extremely well looked after all weekend. They kept us informed the whole time and sent photos and when we finally Picked him up the surgeon was very thorough and lovely. I feel absolutely blessed to live so close to this facility and know I have access to the best care we could hope for.
