Just had my first hair colouring experience at Lotus in Wentworthville and I was thrilled with my final output! It was amazing. Easy appointments, lovely people. Owner of the shop herself doing the service! Highly talented. I will be back for more services! Highly recommended!

I went to have my haircut and told the owner lady to keep my long hair and layer cut. She was busy talking to others and made my hair so short and haircut was worst. Better go to professional ones.Also while I having my service a lady walked in asking some service and they denied. As soon she left these ladies started talking behind their back making fun of the customer. Bad service and experience.

I went in for a haircut, the lady didn’t know what she was doing. I clearly asked her to keep my hair long which she did not. Not only did she cut my hair short she also ruined my hair. Back of my hair is completely uneven and ruined. I personally wouldn’t recommend.

I have really amazing experience in this saloon bcz I had gone with my keratin treatment hair and It was really in bad condition and they give me just only spa treatment and it was magic bcz before even I couldn't remove my tangles in hair. So its call professional level work.
