I'm not a bike kinda guy (as we know them to be in 2018...) but like most people I have 1 or 2 in my house at least...One of them was my last bike purchase (about 3 years ago?) which both sat unused for 2 years and moved from Perth to Cairns because I felt it was 'Just too good to leave behind and I'll pump up the tyres one day and she'll be 'good to go' again...Josh took the resurrection and service and repair of my (<$500) bicycle off my hands and had it back same day....safe, serviced and ready to go...it's way too easy at Ride-On to get back on ur bike - literally.Highly recommend this to anyone who has a bike that they either use daily or occasionally AND esp. ur kids bikes to make sure they are safe....just the same as we get our cars serviced, our bikes should be too.Thanks Josh...awesome.

Such a unique and cool little place, a rare gem to find. Especially when riding to work, as it's close to Ray Jones drive, if I ever need my commuter fixed I can drop in on the way to town. Josh has a friendly personality and always smiles when working on the bikes, seems like he is happy doing what he does best. Cool hangout too, the lounge area is such a great idea when getting my bike fixed, I could relax and even have a drink that was included with the service, cheers Ride On. I'm now a regular customer!

I can highly recommend Ride'On Bicycle Service. Josh provided a fast and professional service with great communication. He has serviced my mountain bike and road bike. I'll be definitely be taking my bikes there again!
