The worst massage I have ever had! I use to go to this massage place all the time and they have always been excellent. I am not sure if it is new owners but the massage I had today couldn't be called one. The girl basically leaned on different parts of my body and sort of rubbed (definately not deep tissue massage) I kept asked her to actually massage and harder but this didn't happen. I asked for someone else but no. I left halfway and was made to pay for half an hour. Not happy, never returning.

I had been on various occasions however on this visit with my wife the young lady there who served us refused to acknowledge the loyalty card for 2 x 1 hour massages for no exact reason. Clearly the manager or owner would not be happy as they lost 2 x $89 massages because the staff obviously did not want to be there and have no common sense. as for the massages generally they are only average at best.

Refused to service me due to lost my appointment which I made in person the week before. Very disappointed as I adjusted my plans and pay for a babysitter.

All of the girls here are so amazing at what they do. They always know exactly how to work on my sore spots and I always leave feeling relaxed and revitalised! The hot stones during every massage are an extra bonus!
