Venkat at Solar Run has been a pleasure to deal with. After 3 other (expensive) quotes we spoke to Venkat. Although our property is heritage listed and a difficult to access 2-storey terrace, he was able to give us a comprehensive individual plan that was affordable. After speaking with Jessie the electrician, we felt happy with our decisipn to go ahead. Now, six weeks after completion, we couldn't be happier. Our 10kw system with battery is operating efficiently and saving us money already.Venkat has been easy to deal with and always accessible - even after the installation was completed. When I approached Venkat for quotation, he gave me quote 2k lesser than other quotation with 30% higher configuration system. Installation was very quick and the best part is after installation service. Always approachable on call. I have recommended him for 2 of my friends and they are happy too.

Venkat was highly responsive getting everything organised for us. Explained the configuration needed as per the requirements and gave us the choice of right panels and inverters. Right from the quote, followup, installation and commission everything was done on time and without stress! The panel’s & techs were out within a week and got us up and running!
