Im giving this 5 star rating to Castle Funerals.At a time of complete saddness, Luke was so patient and compassionate. He did an amazing job helping put together the funeral service of my parents and my dear brother. I will always be grateful for his assistance.

My Dad had a heart attack and unfortunately died that day. He lived in NSW and I lived in Queensland. Apart from not making it in time to see him before they switched off the life support machine it was also left to me to arrange things. Dealing with the trauma of losing my Dad and faced with organising a funeral from interstate was a logistical nightmare and very traumatizing. In stepped Luke from Castle Funerals. From the first contact where I was almost heartbroken that not only had Dad died but also that he was alone, to the actual day of the service, his demeanour, service and compassion where outstanding. Nothing was too small for him to handle for you. Dad dying still hurts but at least I know I did the right thing by him. Thanks Luke, you were amazing. I really don't think I'd have been able to do the right thing by my Dad if it wasn't for you and your team. Thank you so much. Steve Anderson
