absolutely RUBBISH kitchen company. everything from planning, execution, installation was full of errors and issues. They werent even able to build cabinets to spec and as a result some cabinets turned out too small and wont fit my laundry appliances correctly. Then they blame me??This is literally the most dodgey company I have ever dealt with. When you complain they just ignore you and filter calls. The way that this DODGEY kitchen company works is they just palm off the jobs and sub-contract them out to other kitchen contractors to fulfill the orders (which is what happened in my job). Quality is subpar and I had to fight with them to get basic things done.Would not recommend this company, pay slightly more and go somewhere else. Believe me its not worth the headaches. Yes their quotes are cheap but they are cheap for a reason. I wish i never used this company. No idea how they dont have more negative reviews?

It is rare these days to find people who actually take pride in their work! Dillon Kitchens were FANTASTIC! From the time we stepped into the showroom, we were shown great courtesy, and they LISTENED to our needs. The demolition crew of our old kitchen were so exceptionally CAREFUL as they worked, so as not to damage anything other than what they had to remove. So careful! They delivered a BEAUTIFUL kitchen, and again, the installers were courteous, polite and listened to us, and were so careful again. At all times, between the office and crew, and us, they were prompt to reply to any queries. I couldn't be happier to write this review, as it is so very rare these days to have tradies be so good. Their showroom is great, lots to pick from. The planners were very efficient in mapping out perfectly what had to happen, also grateful for that. I am happy to leave this review, they deserve it. Once the job was started, work went smoothly & very prompt. Found staff very obliging & easily accessible to contact. They addressed every concern that we had. Quality was excellent. Very happy with end result.

The team at Dillon Kitchens were excellent. I was very specific in my cabinetry design and all of this was executed to a tee! Excellent communication from the admin team, specifically Annie. The installation team (John and Thuy )were very friendly and have an eye for detail and in making sure the job gets done right. I would highly recommend this company. They truly exceeded my expectations.I agree with the previous review where they said its very rare to find people who take pride in their work. Its very daunting navigating through various cabinet making companies. Dillon Kitchens is definitely one you can trust.
