Value for money... Offering a variety of free classes everyday for gym members equating to $2.50 a class verses $15 for non members per class...Boxercise, Kettle Bell, Spin Classes attract full classes..Suspension Training is a new class creating plenty of interest..There are also additional classes at cost run by external instructors..Fun, safe, friendly, supportive environment where we build each other up..whilst breaking down sterotypes...Great way to meet like minded people and forge new friendships..Join today you won't be dissappointed
