I would 100% recommend F45 Cessnock to anyone and everyone. I hate going to the gym normally but F45 is so different to that, I genuinely look forward to getting up so early in the morning to work out with a bunch of really extraordinary people! The trainers make you feel so comfortable and are so lovely and everyone who trains there are really friendly too, it’s like a giant gym family. Everyone motivates each other to work harder, the trainers are great at educating you on correct technique and the music absolutely amps you up. The gym itself is lovely and clean, the equipment is all brand new too and it’s less than ten minutes from my house which is fantastic! If you’re looking to sign up to a gym, don’t look any further than F45 Cessnock, I absolutely could not recommend them enough!!

I was so hesitate starting F45 and from my first class I haven't looked back. Best place & community to work out and feel good at the end of every session. There's no judgement, no one is better then anyone & you work out at your own pace!I've been to different times and each session has been a great experience. You would not regret joining F45. The Team are amazing!!
