I have been dealing with Mr Tom Moss for the last 11 years and I have always found him highly professional and fast in responding to the needs of the commercial property that I occupy. In these tough times he has been very positive, understanding and supportive. He managed to in get my rent reduced by 50% without any drama and struggle. I also like him as he is a very nice and quite fun to talk to. I highly recommend Moss Agents and wish the team a happy Christmas and a fabulous New Year.

Natasha is awesome! She really cares about both the house and the tenant. Very communicative, any request were addressed formally and fast. I would recommend her to anyone. I hope we get to have you again us our agent at some point!

My dealings with Moss Estate Agents and Eleni Kalos have been fantastic. Eleni is super friendly and helpful, and is by far the best real estate agent I've dealt with in my renting history. She follows up on everything and really goes the extra mile to make sure things go smoothly. Would highly recommend Eleni and Moss Estate Agents.

Moss the owner is the biggest s-bag I've even dealt with, we rented a house for over a decade and every time it rained hard one bedroom flooded, they tried several things to fix it, but I eventually went into his office on high st and he was furious I even asked him about it and threatened to kick all of us out, they could not fix the problem, they thought it was the internal downpipe, so they made it external, didn't fix it, the carpet would stink when it flooded, so they removed it and polished the concrete floor, still flooded, it's like it came up through the concrete itself, anyway it's not the tenants problem, the occupant would get fed up and we would replace them with another flatmate and it would happen again. Anyway they sold the house on Clarke st and I bet they didn't tell the buyers.

Helpful and friendly much better than bisi agent

Moss Estate Agents and their new generation of property managers are incapable of doing the job they promise to do and are paid to do!They don't bother to follow up with inspections and have allowed renters to get away with the most atrocious damages.My property has been vacant since Oct 3rd 2022 and needed an enormous tidy up after tenants left, yet the property manager claimed everything was fine and tenants sailed happily into the sunset!My concerns were never taken seriously nor followed up.In the meantime, a loss of rental continued and the cost to repair damages done by renters skyrocketed!Don't let the lovely smiles and empty promises fool you.It is no longer the agency the highly respected Nicholas Moschoyiannis established in the '70's.Do not allow these people to manage your property, it will cost you!

I would definitely recommend Moss Estate Agents. They have been very efficient at dealing with any concerns, issues, or questions we have had. The agent that deals with us personally, Louisa, is very professional and thorough. She has always been available to us and has followed up any issues we have raised. We would use Moss again in the future.

Do Not Rent with them, They do not protect renter. You will get charge arms and legs during hand over. If you wanna a huge bill on handover then go for it.
