Repair mate Carnegie is probably the best service provider in the country. Their technical skill, communication skills, customer interaction, punctuation -- all these are just top quality. Even though I am Sydney, I shall always contact them first for any repair matters that they can handle. The postage from Sydney might be an additional cost but in the end all other quality of these guys just so so worth the extra postage charge from Sydney.Leave everything aside, the way they packed my Surface Book after repairing it, just showed how top class professional they are! And they sent it by express even though I didn't ask for it specifically but they could have saved a few bucks for themselves by sending it in general parcel post! I wish all the best for Repair Mate Carnegie staff members who served me in the month of June-July 2021!

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Awesome, friendly, honest and quick service. He told me it was going to be one price to replace my cracked iPad screen, and double the price if the display had to also be replaced. I told him to do whatever was necessary. After saying that, I thought he’d charge the higher price but he charged the cheaper price, and gave me a discount on a couple of other things I bought.I walked past before I picked my iPad up and saw him helping a little old lady with her phone, I arrived back 10 minutes later and she was thanking him profusely and he told her there was no charge.

Excellent job, thank you. Fixed 2x broken phones for me at a great price and with good customer service. One phone had water damage and had screen replaced, other repaired charging port.

Phone was taken in for a screen replacement, intially all seem well. However, after a while the glue can loose and screen came loose. When attempting to speak with customer representative was pretty much told to go away and glue it myself and that their warranty only covers 90 days. Poor quality of work and terrible customer service. Do your self a favor and find another someone else.Unfortunately I'm unable to respond to your reply, therefore I've had to edit my post. As stated too you customer service representative the physical damage" your claiming was the reasons I had the screen replaced in the first place top right of the phone. The screen came apart from the bottom left of the phone. I'm happy upload images to prove you wrong.How about instead of constantly deflecting responsible
